Lead Learning Transformation Across Southeast Asia

Purpose of the Role

Drive operational excellence and innovation by leading a high-performing team, leveraging technology, AI, and automation to deliver seamless learner experiences, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions across Southeast Asia.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversee end-to-end learning operations—platforms, learner support, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and program delivery across multiple countries.
  • Champion automation and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Use analytics to track impact, predict trends, and personalize learner journeys.
  • Introduce new solutions to elevate learner engagement and experience.
