Job summary

A leading MNC in manufacturing is seeking a talented Business Development Manager SEA to create and execute growth strategies for Southeast Asia. You will drive the full sales cycle, manage partner relationships, lead negotiations, and cultivate client connections. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and extensive B2B sales experience, particularly in the label or IoT sectors. This position requires regular travel and offers excellent compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent sales training or experience.
  • Availability for regular business travel.
  • Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries (label, IoT, RFID).
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Southeast Asia.
  • Generate and qualify new leads, deliver proposals, and close new business.
  • Manage relationships with local partners, including printing factories and label manufacturers.
  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored IoT solutions.
  • Provide market feedback to influence future product development.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and client database using CRM software.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events across the region.
