Job summary

Beaconhouse Group invites applications for a Science / Chemistry Teacher at Sri Inai International School, Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the International School Curriculum and school standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Education or related subject and a minimum of three years teaching experience, with familiarity in IGCSE frameworks an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Teaching, Chemistry / Science, or a relevant subject area.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Primary/Secondary education.
• Relevant subject qualification and teaching experience matching the position applied.
• Experience with the IGCSE, or relevant curriculum frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Willing to work at the assigned school location.
• Available to start immediately / as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to students of different abilities and learning needs.
• Implement curriculum requirements and develop engaging teaching resources.
• Apply varied teaching strategies, including enquiry-based and student-centred learning approaches.
