Responsibilities

• Scalp Analysis & Consultation – Assess clients' scalp conditions and hair health to recommend suitable treatments.
• Scalp & Hair Treatments – Perform deep scalp cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and massage therapies to promote hair growth and relaxation.
• Hair & Scalp Product Application – Apply specialized products such as serums, tonics, or herbal treatments based on clients' needs.
• Client Education – Advise clients on proper scalp care, hair care routines, and lifestyle habits for maintaining healthy hair.
• Sterilization & Hygiene – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and spa areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Sales & Product Recommendations – Promote and sell spa treatments, hair care products, and service packages to clients.
• Team Coordination & Training – If in a senior role, guide and train junior therapists on techniques and service standards.
• Customer Service & Retention – Build strong client relationships by providing excellent service and personalized treatment plans.
