Job Overview: We deliver high-end quality consulting and technology services to large industrial corporations that run SAP. Currently, we are looking for SAP Support Senior Consultant - Logistics (SD) to join our team.

Position: SAP Support Senior Consultant - Logistics (SD)
Location: Malaysia
Module: Sales & Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.

• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for SD processes.

• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SD based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.

• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A degree in accounting, business, or any other related field.

• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP SD with an understanding of integration topics with other modules.

• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
