Job summary

Nexperia is seeking an HRIS Specialist to join our Global HR Technology team as we transition from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors. You will support recruitment, talent, and performance processes and ensure a smooth rollout and ongoing operation of SAP SuccessFactors across global HR teams.

You will provide first-line SAP SuccessFactors support, create knowledge materials, assist with UAT and hypercare, and collaborate with HR and country teams to optimize system usability and processes throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HRIS support, HR ops, recruiting ops, or shared services experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Talent Management or Employee Central.
• Strong service mindset and ability to support diverse stakeholders.
• Clear communication of system topics to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support migration from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors across Recruiting, Talent, and Performance.
• Provide first-line SAP SuccessFactors support to employees and HR teams.
• Assist Recruiting processes with issue analysis and continuous improvement.
• Support Talent and Performance processes, including testing and guidance.
• Help establish and maintain a support model post go-live.
• Create knowledge articles, guides, and tutorials for end users.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, training prep, and hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with HR and country teams to improve system experience.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or configuration improvements.
