As an SAP Senior Consultant (Plant Maintenance), you will contribute to the development of global business solutions based on functional and technical requirements.

Your Tasks

• Advise internal customers on new process requirements and implement solutions in SAP PM
• Optimize maintenance and asset management processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders and integration with other SAP modules
• Customize and support SAP PM, ensuring seamless integration with MM and PP
• Act as the interface between departments and global KURZ IT
• Develop test concepts, execute and document tests
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training
• Provide 1st level application support for KURZ Group companies

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM, including customization and implementation
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management processes
• Experience in SAP PM customization and integration with MM and PP
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Commercial and/or technical education with several years of professional experience
• High customer orientation, IT affinity and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented work approach
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) and comfortable working in an international team
• Willingness to travel to Germany for training

Your Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
• Extensive SAP customizing and requirement engineering experience (5+ years)
• Manufacturing or logistics industry experience is a plus
