Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to lead SD/FICO and DM-related implementations. You will design and test interfaces for financial operations and address user requirements with IT-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing SAP SD or FICO modules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine SAP SD/ FICO and DM-related operational implementation tasks.
• Responsible for designing and testing system interfaces related to financial management operations.
• Responsible for addressing user feedback, requirements, and system issues; organizing discussions, analyzing problems, and providing IT-based solutions.
• Responsible for preparing various reports and documents, ensuring timely submission, and verifying the authenticity and accuracy of all content.
• To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Work Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing SD OR FICO modules, with proficiency in SAP SD OR FCIO-related knowledge including EPIC, EWBC, etc. Experience with SAP DM module is preferred.
• Excellent business analysis, synthesis, and abstraction skills, strong documentation writing abilities, and fluent verbal communication.
• Capable of independently developing comprehensive solutions to user inquiries, with strong requirements gathering and steering capabilities.
• Proficient in utilizing statistical and analytical tools to process and analyze data, providing evidence for financial management decisions.
• Possesses excellent organizational and implementation experience and strong organizational and coordination skills;
• Demonstrates strong resilience and a fighting spirit;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
