Job summary

Ambition in Kuala Lumpur or Penang seeks SAP Consultants across multiple modules and levels (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager) to drive large-scale transformation projects. You will deliver SAP solutions, gather requirements, configure systems, and manage testing cycles across industries.

Role spans Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Security, Integration, Cloud, and Analytics with a focus on end-to-end implementation and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, Business, Accounting, Engineering, HR, or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years SAP experience for Consultant; 5+ for Senior Consultant; 8+ for Manager.
• Experience with at least one SAP module and at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Gather business requirements and design SAP solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Configure SAP systems and perform functional or technical development tasks.
• Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and resolve defects.
• Produce project documentation including functional specs, process flows, and training content.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and deliver end-user knowledge transfer.
