Job summary

KG Information Systems Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring features, releases, and system stability align with business needs.

You will work with standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, collaborating across teams to optimize performance and reliability while preserving compatibility. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, offering opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and SAP Basis

Qualifications

Advanced SAP Basis proficiency.
Experience with SAP Basis Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement configuration strategies to enhance application performance and reliability.
Support and guide team members in resolving complex technical challenges related to packaged and SaaS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions with business objectives.
Analyze system issues proactively and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to elevate the quality of application support and delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with the team to perform effectively.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
