What To Expect
Tesla Sales Trainee Program offers up to six months of enriching experiences to develop future leaders in Tesla and sustainable energy. Trainees will be assigned relevant roles throughout the program, which may vary depending on business needs and learning opportunities.

The trainee should commit to maintaining high-quality behavior, being innovative, courageous in facing challenges, and being a good team player. This is a unique opportunity to join Tesla – the global leader in energy technology, automotive, and AI.

What You'll Do

1. Welcome walk-in guests, answer questions, and manage customer experience positively.
2. Educate the public about electric cars through engaging conversations.
3. Provide high-quality customer service to the existing Tesla community.
4. Demonstrate excellent performance and results by engaging and signing up potential customers, including for test drives and other Tesla events, and executing pop-up events outside the store.
