We are looking for a high-impact Sales Leader who can drive fast B2C growth, manage a performance-driven inside sales team, and directly contribute to revenue through hands-on sales. This is a role for someone who combines strong leadership with personal sales excellence — an “active coach” who leads by example and pushes the team to hit ambitious targets.
This position offers a clear growth track toward Head of Sales for those who can scale processes, teams, and revenue.
Drive fast B2C revenue growth through high-performing inside sales operations.
Build a scalable, metrics-driven sales machine with predictable conversions and stable unit economics.
Lead by example as a playing coach — closing deals personally and setting the quality bar for the team.
Establish the culture, processes, and discipline needed to grow into a full Head of Sales role.
Lead and develop a 5-10 person B2C sales team, ensuring daily performance and consistent conversion results.
Own the full revenue pipeline: funnel health, conversion rates, margin, average ticket, and sales productivity.
Act as an individual contributor when needed — demonstrating best practices and closing deals yourself.
Build a high-energy, KPI-driven environment with regular coaching, feedback, and training.
Analyze data to identify performance gaps and implement improvements quickly.
Hire, onboard, and scale the sales team as demand grows.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure high lead quality and optimal buyer journey.
Implement sales playbooks, scripts, SOPs, and frameworks to improve consistency and predictability.
Strong background in B2C or fast-paced consumer sales.
Experience as a Sales Team Lead / Supervisor / Manager managing teams of 10+ people.
Hands-on sales ability — you can sell, coach, and lead simultaneously.
Proven ownership of revenue metrics: funnel conversions, margin, average ticket, productivity.
Experience hiring and developing sales teams.
High ambition, drive, and readiness for rapid career growth.
Ability to work in a fast, KPI-heavy environment.
Conversational English or higher.
