Pre-Sales Technical Support

• Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and provide quick and accurate support to the sales team regarding item codes for standard products.

CRM Handling

• Collaborate with sales personnel to clarify incomplete specifications and ensure all necessary details are gathered.
• Assist in the price requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate pricing information is available.

Translation and Code Creation

• Create codes for materials purchased externally by sales and branch offices.
• Translate raw materials and finished goods acquired from MayAir China for integration into our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in an Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
