Job summary

A consulting firm in Kuala Selangor is seeking a professional for CRM internal user support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and has strong communication skills to assist internal users of Salesforce CRM. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can advocate for change management and contribute to the successful rollout of the CRM platform. The role offers a 12-month renewable contract based in the MY First Avenue office.

  • Experience drafting process flow charts is a plus.

Job Requirements
  • CRM internal user support experience. Rendering support to our internal CRM users (sales, operations, etc) on systems process questions and issue resolutions.
  • Tech savvy
  • Good communicator – ability to explain clearly to business and tech working stakeholders
  • Change management advocate
  • Self‑motivated with a desire to contribute to a successful roll‑out & maintenance of our Salesforce CRM platform
Additional Experience
  • Salesforce CRM internal user support experience
  • Experience in drafting process flow charts
  • Experience working in tech/hyper‑growth companies.
