A leading supplier in road construction materials in Kapar, Klang is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Executive. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, preparing marketing tools, and conducting online marketing across social media channels. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree and preferably be fresh graduates or have less than 2 years of experience. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential.

About our Client:

We are representing our client a leading supplier of materials for road construction, road-marking and road traffic industries to recruit forSales Support & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales team for customers enquiry, order, and payment collection
• Assist in preparing marketing tools include brochures, catalogues, flyers, as well as online marketing materials
• Prepare documentation such as Quotation, Invoice and Delivery Order (DO) and other relevant documents after received Sales Order
• Working closely with sales team as well as supporting them to meet customers' requirements
• Assist with colleagues for stock take to ensure stock being controlled and reconciled with data storage system
• Conduct online marketing through different social medias channels including company's website and Facebook
• Responsible for content creation, which involves designing, editing, and writing for digital ads and other marketing collateral
• Plan and execute marketing strategy to achieve sales targetCompile new product info and update company's product catalogue from time to time
• Conduct market survey for new potential product and marketPrepare reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends
• Assist superior or manager on sales matters when necessary
• Perform administrative work and maintain proper filing
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field of studies
