Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Sales Support professional to assist in pre and post sales activities. Responsibilities include managing office operations and supporting sales reports and billing disputes. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years' sales experience, particularly in the telecommunications or IT industry. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Provides support to all pre and post sales activities, not limited to internal order entry process, internal follow up on order matters, monthly sales report collations, sales funnel collation, bill analysis for disputes & etc. Office support responsibility required for daily office operational matters, not limited to filing, office supplies maintenance & procurement, business trip support etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, marketing or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within sales support business
  • Knowledge on telecommunication and IT industry
  • Familiar with MS-office applications.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communications and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin
  • Strong experience in diary management and general administrative tasks, which will highlight your skills in planning and organization. Confident in communicating with senior managers and stakeholders across the business
