A leading telecommunications company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Sales Support professional to assist in pre and post sales activities. Responsibilities include managing office operations and supporting sales reports and billing disputes. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years' sales experience, particularly in the telecommunications or IT industry. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Provides support to all pre and post sales activities, not limited to internal order entry process, internal follow up on order matters, monthly sales report collations, sales funnel collation, bill analysis for disputes & etc. Office support responsibility required for daily office operational matters, not limited to filing, office supplies maintenance & procurement, business trip support etc.
