Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent quality of customer service towards internal and external customers.
• Ensure branch operation runs smoothly and adheres strictly to BSP for all operational procedures.
• Achieve excellent sales results for Personal Financing products, card recruitment, insurance products, and any other assigned products.
• Execute operational tasks as assigned by the Branch Head.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the branch for customer and staff safety and comfort.
• Compulsorily undertake and carry out daily operations-related tasks, including manning greeter / reception counter on a rotational basis.
• Willingness to be on duty during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of working experience in Counter Service, Retail, Insurance, Telemarketing, Banking, or the Financial industry.
• Able to communicate well both orally and in writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Advantage to those with own transportation.
