Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is recruiting for Sales and Service Executives to promote Personal Loan and Credit Card products at locations across Malaysia. You will manage applications, pursue new sales opportunities, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; SPM holders with sales experience are encouraged to apply. You should be self-driven, possess own transport, and be willing to work shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM with 2 years sales experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
Have own transportation.
Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

To sell and cross-sell Personal Loan & Credit Card products.
To ensure that all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
To create opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.
To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.
