Job summary

A leading automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced sales specialist to manage sales orders and support market research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales operations, strong skills in contract management, and familiarity with international trade practices. Responsibilities
  • Manage sales orders, including drafting, signing, and executing contracts.
  • Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) and coordinate with the logistics team and distributors to ensure smooth customs declaration and clearance processes.
  • Support the achievement of annual sales targets and overall business plan.
Market Research & Business Support
  • Track and analyze the macro environment, including political, economic, social, and technological factors.
  • Collect and analyze data on the automotive market, such as market size, competition, consumer demand, and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular market research reports to provide insights and data support for company decisions.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in local market development or sales operations is an advantage.
  • Familiar with international trade practices and processes, with experience in system and process management.
  • Proficient in office software; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong ability in sales support, order management, and market research.
  • Strong English communication; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
