📍 Based in Johor Bahru
Drive Sales Performance: Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through strategic sales and relationship‑building efforts.
Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure ongoing business development.
Conduct Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop and refine sales strategies.
Sales Support & Client Guidance: Assist clients with the sales process, including loan applications and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Event and Exhibition Representation: Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and other marketing events.
Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular sales reports to senior management, offering insights into market trends and sales performance.
Travel: Willingness to travel locally and internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and sales events.
Sales Forecasting: Contribute to sales forecasts by analyzing market trends and business data.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff, ensuring a collaborative, high‑performing team.
Ad‑hoc Assignments: Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by management to support the sales team and business development efforts.
Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field. Preferably in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate.
Experience:
At least 3–5 years in property sales or similar roles.
Experience in property development or real estate preferred.
Exposure to overseas markets is a plus.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
Good understanding of the property market and client needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Immediate availability is a plus.
Willing to travel locally and occasionally internationally for work.
