Role Description

The Sales Representative role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual will identify prospective customers, explain PruBSN Takaful products, and recommend suitable solutions aligned with clients’ financial and protection needs. Daily tasks include scheduling and attending client meetings, providing product presentations, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The Sales Representative will maintain accurate customer records, support existing clients with policy-related inquiries, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and service standards. The role also involves staying informed about current Takaful offerings, compliance requirements, and market trends to provide clear and reliable information to clients.

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with clear and professional presentation skills.
