Working Location

We need 1 in Johor and 1 in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop new sales channels and manage relationships with existing distributors to ensure effective distribution of halal products.
  • Strategize and implement merchandising plans tailored to retail environments, optimizing product visibility and sales performance.
  • Drive the promotion of new products through targeted marketing campaigns, promotional events, and collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to gather insights into consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and proactively seeking feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Adhere to instructions from superiors, contribute ideas and solutions to team objectives, and actively participate in achieving organizational goals.
  • Responsible for both modern trade and general trade for West Malaysia region.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing or related qualification.
  • Excellence in Communication Skills, Customer Relationship Management Skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English and Malay (Mandarin is compulsory to communicate with our China stakeholders).
  • Possess own transport with valid license.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must at least have 1-2 years or higher sales/marketing experience in food industry.
