What You'll Be Doing
  • Engaging with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their travel requirements and preferences

  • Providing detailed information about our destinations, accommodation options, transportation, and any other relevant details
  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and activities
  • Ensuring a smooth and seamless booking experience for all customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends, promotions, and industry developments
  • Contributing to the overall sales and revenue targets of the travel office
What We're Looking For
