Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining Handheld (HH) & Printer Devices, including charging and checking battery levels daily.
• Managing stocks, including unloading, arranging, and loading onto pallets and vehicles.
• Conducting sales transactions, following the 7 Steps: greet customer, scan barcode, check stock and return, take order, deliver stock, collection, merchandising, and thank customer and log out handheld.
• Retaining copies of Tax Invoices, Receipts, and Goods Return Notes, and ensuring customer complaints and tele-orders are attended to within 24 hours.
• Depositing cash collections into the company account at least twice daily, and surrendering bank slips and other reports to the Branch Executive.

Duties as Driver / Relief Driver

The successful candidate will also be required to:

• Replace the driver in the event of absence or need for a sales trip.
• Adhere to driving rules, including speed limits and proper parking.
• Drive the company-assigned lorry and report any summons, incidents, or accidents to the supervisor.
• Not ferry any items or products other than the company's products, and not consume banned substances during working hours.
