🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Medical Device Sales to government hospitals, Klinik Kesihatan & PKDs in designed areas.
  • Manage and plan monthly, weekly and daily sales routes in assigned market.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale including quotations for tenders and government orders (LO).
  • Developing new customers and maintaining good relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Responding promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  • Acting as contact between company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.
  • Attending meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Updating daily sales and collection activities report.
  • Filling customer complaint forms and highlight to Management or investigation.
📚 Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Must possess own vehicle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good selling abilities.
  • Knowledge of medical device products and ability to follow procedures.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
