Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our dynamic Consumer Healthcare Division. In this full‑time position based in Melaka, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of our diverse range of healthcare products to retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers to drive sales of our consumer healthcare products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for and onboarding new customers within the assigned territory.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team to help inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or a customer‑facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers at all levels.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique selling points of our consumer healthcare products.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the assigned area market and customer base is desirable.
