We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Sales Representative

The Sales function is responsible for providing the lead on customer service, sales delivery, growth and development and marketing Incora to the aerospace and Defence markets.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will focus on Malaysian and Australian markets and will include:

  • Being responsible for our customer’s primary point of contact for inside sales coverage and market development.
  • Maintaining and developing new and existing Incora customers with providing order quotes, negotiating and confirming sales.
  • Providing quotes to customers with the ability to convert quotes to orders.
  • Ensuring customer approvals and quality requirements are adhered to.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to support sales initiatives and strategic objectives.
  • Providing timely, accurate, and appropriate responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Supporting the external sales team.
Requirements
  • Education on Bachelor’s Degree level
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role (experience in Aerospace will be an additional asset but it’s not mandatory)
  • Driven, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills along with relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Analytical skills and good attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent English and Malay skills both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Malaysian- and Australian-based customers
