Job summary

A leading energy solutions company in Shah Alam seeks an Executive to assist the sales team with technical proposals and cost estimates. Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales processes, liaising with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring proposals meet client requirements. Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and supporting documents tailored to customer requirements.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Electrical & Instrumentation projects.
  • Develop cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing sheets in collaboration with procurement and vendors.
  • Support pre‑sales and post‑sales processes by offering product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) and external parties (suppliers, subcontractors, OEMs) to gather data and support proposal development.
  • Ensure all proposals are technically sound, cost‑effective, and meet project and client requirements.
  • Prepare bid clarifications, compliance statements, and other required documentation.
  • Support business development and sales teams during pre‑bid, clarification, and negotiation stages.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to strengthen proposal competitiveness.
  • Participate in client meetings and clarifications sessions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
