Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Promotion Executive to enhance brand growth through engaging campaigns and in-store activities. You will report directly to the Category Manager for the baby apparel category, collaborating with retailers to plan and execute promotional activities. Ideal candidates should have an interest in fashion and sales promotion, as well as good communication and coordination skills. A background in marketing or retail will be an advantage.

Are you passionate about fashion and retail promotions? We’re looking for a Sales Promotion Executive to join our team and support brand growth through engaging campaigns and in-store activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Report directly to the Category Manager for the baby apparel category, working under her guidance and supervision
• Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute campaigns and in-store promotional activities
• Assist the Category Manager in monitoring sales performance and campaign effectiveness on a regular basis
• Coordinate visual merchandising efforts to ensure brand consistency and appealing in-store displays
• Provide support to the sales and marketing team with daily administrative tasks, coordination, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in fashion, sales promotion, and retail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of marketing and visual merchandising
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is an added advantage
• A team player who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn
