This role is responsible for leading and coordinating sales support and customer operations within the assigned area across direct and indirect channels. It focuses on enhancing sales force effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, customer operations, technical services, and customers. The position drives procedure sharing among sales professionals, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize performance, and plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong business relationships. Through the effective delivery of processes, contracted offers, and commitments, the role ensures customer satisfaction and supports the organization's overall sales objectives.
