A leading company in sales support located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an experienced professional to manage sales operations and enhance effectiveness within the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in sales or sales support and proficiency in Mandarin and English. This role offers a hybrid working model with various benefits including health insurance and learning opportunities.
Note that this role requires Mandarin-speaking skills to support China, Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating sales support and customer operations within the assigned area across direct and indirect channels. It focuses on enhancing sales force effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring flawless teamwork between sales, customer operations, technical services, and customers. The position drives standard sharing among sales professionals, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize performance, and plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong business relationships. Through the effective delivery of processes, contracted offers, and commitments, the role ensures customer satisfaction and supports the organization's overall sales objectives.
