Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good interpersonal skills, a proactive, problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
