Overview

We, SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., are a BPO and Technology Solutions provider, where innovation meets excellence. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our Australian sales team with operational and sales processes.

Position

Sales Operations Coordinator (Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate quotes for products, services, licensing, and managed service offerings.
  • Send quotes to customers, track outstanding proposals, and conduct follow-ups as required.
  • Take ownership of the renewals process from identification through completion, including preparation of renewal quotes and client notifications.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate structured sales reports for leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate with distributors and vendors for pricing, availability, deal registrations, and renewals.
  • Support the sales team with meeting preparation, internal coordination, and documentation.
  • Communicate with customers regarding quotes, renewals, order status, and required documentation.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline sales execution.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, or similar roles within IT, SaaS, MSP, or technology distribution.
  • Strong understanding of quoting workflows, renewals cycles, and CRM processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail in pricing, documentation, and commercial information.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and support multiple sales team members.
  • Experience interacting with distributors and vendors is a plus.
  • Exposure to Australian or similar Western business environments is desirable.
