Job summary

A leading distributor of lifestyle products in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to provide excellent customer service and manage key accounts. Candidates with 2-3 years of B2B & B2C sales experience and good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply. Fluency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients. This position is based in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of sales experience in B2B & B2C.
• Familiarity with servicing retail outlets like hypermarkets and supermarkets.
• Required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer services to clients.
• Liaise with buyers of key accounts to take sales orders.
• Manage daily operations and the sales team.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives.

Job description

Provide good customer services and support to existing and new clients.

Liaising with buyers of key accounts such as department stores, hypermarkets, supermarkets, DIY shops, etc. to take sales orders.

Managing daily operations and the sales team.

Achieve the sales target and objectives.

Job Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of sales experience (B2B & B2C) or familiarity in liaising with buyers, servicing retail outlets such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, department stores, wholesalers, FMCG industry, etc.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
