About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

Sales Executive (Electrolyte Industry)

Plays a key role in driving business growth by leading the sales operations and commercial management of electrolyte products.

Responsibilities
Sales Operation and Management
  • Process customer sales orders and billing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements for both local and export product deliveries.
  • Receive, review, and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports to Headquarters.
  • Ensure all sales documentation complies with ISO and IATF standards.
  • Prepare and submit electronic invoices (e‑invoice) in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on orders, delivery, and payment collections.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Purchase (Overseas)
  • Manage and monitor raw material inventory levels to ensure consistent supply for production needs.
  • Plan and execute material purchase schedules based on production forecasts and customer demand.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate customs clearance and logistics arrangements for import shipments.
  • Oversee and track vendors’ assets (e.g., packaging canisters) to ensure timely return and proper documentation.
  • Ensure all vendor materials comply with chemical safety and environmental regulations such as SDS, RoHS, and REACH.
  • Handle and resolve vendor‑related complaints (e.g., product quality, packaging, labeling), including product return processes where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
  • Prepare and submit self‑billed electronic invoices (e‑invoice) in line with company and regulatory requirements.
General / Administrative
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, Headquarters, and overseas offices to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen business relationships and gather market intelligence.
  • Support budget preparation, sales forecasting, and market analysis as required by management.
  • Participate in management meetings, audits, and compliance reviews when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and workplace standards.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Industrial Chemistry, or any related field. Candidates with a strong technical sales experience in chemical or electrolyte industries will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably in electrolyte, industrial chemical, or battery‑related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electrochemical processes, battery materials, or industrial electrolyte applications.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (read, type, spoken and written) is required, as this role involves frequent communication with China‑based customers and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Korean (read, type, spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
  • Well‑versed in import, export and clearance processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in using SAP and ERP system, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Self‑driven, customer‑focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
