Sales & Marketing Senior Manager/GM - Property Developer (Based in Setapak)

Our client, a well known Property Developer company is looking for talent to based in Setapak.

Job Description:

Monitor the sales by weekly.

Involve and comment on concept & planning of new product.

Plan for all sales launches, property exhibitions, promotional events, innovative sales packages and all S&M related activities.

Monitor cost efficiency of Advertising & Promotion activities.

Comment on artist impression drawing (AI), scale models, posters, website, video presentation, billboards, etc.

Monitor market studies and survey compilation on a regular basic.

Monitor and submit weekly & monthly sales reports, management reports, and monthly sales target status.

Monitor loan application tracking.

Regular sites visit and branches visit.
