Job Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary Package: RM8,000-RM13,000 (depending on experience)

Working Day: 5 Days

Working Hour: Mon Fri: 9:00am 6:00pm

Job Scope: To manage the sales execution and administration of development projects

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of the development projects, ensuring timely execution and meeting sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans to drive project sales and meet company targets.

Manage the recruitment, training, guidance, and operations of the sales team to ensure efficient performance.

Regularly assess team performance, provide feedback, and offer support to ensure team targets are met.

Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the projects competitiveness in the market.

Develop appropriate pricing strategies and adjust sales plans based on market feedback to meet sales goals.

Client Relationship Management & Promotion

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the companys brand image.

Organize and implement promotional activities such as advertising, public relations, and event planning.

Sales Reporting & Progress Tracking

Regularly report sales progress and team performance to management.

Analyze sales data and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities, providing optimization suggestions.

Requirements:

A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

5 to 8 years of experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry.
