Job summary

A dynamic property firm in Ipoh is seeking a motivated sales and marketing professional to develop strategies, support the sales team, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred. A performance bonus and yearly increments are part of the remuneration package.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Support and guide the sales team in handling daily activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, sales reports, and presentations to track and drive performance.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and brand consistency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years\' experience, preferably in the real estate/ property industry.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with good market awareness.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
