A leading property development firm in Malaysia is looking for a proactive Sales Executive who will support the Manager in achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in property development and possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include supervising sales strategies, collaborating with teams, and conducting sales launches. Creative thinkers with a detail-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply. Immediate availability is preferred.
Support the Manager in meeting sales objectives established by management.
Supervise the execution of sales and marketing strategies to enhance sales revenue.
Identify new leads and follow up with existing prospects or social media to meet designated sales goals.
Coordinate with legal, financial, agents and buyer regarding the execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all SPA, loan agreements, and associated documentation, maintaining proper filing for accessibility.
Conduct sales launches and handle inquiries from walk-in customers and various communication channels (email, phone, letter).
Collaborate with teams to nurture and uphold positive customer relationships.
To be the window of communication between customer requirements and internal teams.
Support new product launches, promotional events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and copy for ads, social media, website, and promotional items.
