A leading edible oils company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who speaks Arabic. This role involves developing sales strategies for export markets, managing business relationships, and representing the company at international trade fairs. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow export markets, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa.
Identify, establish, and manage business relationships with distributors, importers, and food manufacturers.
Achieve sales volume and margin targets in line with company objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and product movements to propose timely marketing and pricing strategies.
Serve as the key liaison for Arabic-speaking clients and partners.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to maintain a long-term relationship.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Represent KLK Alami at international trade fairs (e.g., Gulfood, MIHAS, Saudi Food Show).
Assist in developing marketing materials, promotional content, and product presentations in English and Arabic.
Support branding and product positioning to enhance KLK Alami's image in international markets.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams for product planning and scheduling.
Ensure all export activities comply with the company policy, government regulations, and trade requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the palm oil, edible oils, or Agri-commodity industry.
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage export markets and work with multicultural clients.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Familiar with export documentation, LC terms, and international shipping procedures.
Knowledge of global commodity pricing and trading mechanisms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
