We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will lead our sales team, drive performance, and grow the brand presence in East Malaysia.

Lead and manage the sales team (Sales Advisors & Executives) to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

Set sales strategies, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.

Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews to continuously improve the team.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat sales.

Oversee showroom operations including test rides, delivery handovers, and customer follow-up.

Marketing Management

Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales conversions.

Lead social media marketing, LIVE streaming, and content planning for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Manage promotional events, roadshows, sponsorships, and customer engagement activities.

Coordinate with HQ and brand principals to ensure compliance with global brand standards.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.

Leadership & Reporting

Supervise and motivate sales & marketing staff to deliver results.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Work closely with company directors to align with business goals and brand vision.

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales & Marketing (automotive or lifestyle industry preferred).

At least 1–2 years in a managerial or team-leading role.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage).

Digital marketing / social media marketing knowledge is an advantage.

Passionate about motorcycles, automotive, or premium lifestyle products.

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required (with replacement off-days).

Possess own transport.
