We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Sales & Marketing Team. This role is important to plan and execute effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand names & increase market shares. If you have a proven track record on achieve and exceed sales targets, we look forward to working with you!

Job Scopes/Responsibilities:
  • Achieve / exceed given annual sales targets assigned by the Management with proven track record on Sales & Marketing experience.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales & marketing professionals to drive performance and achieve sales targets according to sales schedule.
  • Coordinate & support external agents in sales activity; liaise effectively with end‑financing, panel of solicitors’ agencies and/or enforcement departments.
  • Develop attractive / competitive sales packages & pricing strategies to attract attention of customer groups and promote continued business growth.
  • Build the Company’s Brand Name and place the Company in a competitive position through all aspects of marketing from digital marketing, public relations, launching, campaigns, roadshows, business events and forums.
  • Stay up to date on current market trends, conduct marketing survey/research & position strategy and create marketing awareness for new projects and garner leads.
  • Monitor the post‑sales administration to ensure SPAs completion & successful sales transaction, loan application & drawdown.
  • Monitor marketing strategies, prepare sales update & reports to the Management from time to time.
  • Undertake other ad‑hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the property development industry.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel and work at several Sales Galleries/offices of the company (Kajang, Bandar Rimbayu, Punchak Alam).
  • Independent, self‑motivated; have self‑integrity & creativity as well as good leadership, critical and communication skills.
  • Able to accept new scope works, handle stress and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work on weekends as when needed.

We are a property development company under Yuwang Group. Our current projects include mixed development projects in Kajang, Selangor and Tawau, Sabah as well as an industrial park development in Punchak Alam.
