Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing functions of the companys property development projects. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong track record in sales, marketing, and team management within the property development industry. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and business partners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote property developments and enhance brand presence.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, websites, print media, and events.
• Collaborate with external agencies for advertising, media buying, and content creation.

Market Research & Analysis
