The ideal individual will review purchase orders, assist customers, and manage shipments while ensuring high satisfaction levels. Responsibilities

• Review PO received from customer.
• Communicate the necessary information to internal team while receiving PO.
• Overview/fulfill schedule customer's shipment daily.
• Attend to customer's call & inquiry.
• Fulfill customer request with higher satisfaction.
• Attend meeting with customer when necessary.
• Overview and follow-up on the potential quotations with customers.
• Prepare monthly Sales & forecast report.
• Perform margin/costing analysis.
• Assist/follow-up on part collection.
• Assist/follow-up with customer on payment collection.
• Chair the NPI/ECN/1st MP meeting while order awarded.
• Accomplish task assigned by superior.
