Vanguard FT SDN BHD is seeking an entry-level Sales & Marketing Executive to engage directly with the public through face-to-face campaigns. You will learn to communicate effectively, understand customer needs and present campaigns while working toward individual and team targets.

No prior sales experience is required, and comprehensive training, coaching and leadership development are provided to help you grow within the organization over time.

THE ROLE

This is a face‑to‑face Sales & Marketing role where you will represent brands, campaigns and partner organisations while engaging directly with customers and the public.

You’ll learn how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, present campaigns professionally and work towards individual and team targets.

As you develop, you’ll also have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities within the team.
