Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Marketing Executive for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Seri Kembangan. The role involves developing and implementing market plans, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting sales. The executive will collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns, engage with clients, and identify new business opportunities to support the growth of Vetrilabz Sdn Bhd.

Marketing
  • Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (FB Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Write powerful copy & hooks that make people stop, click & buy
  • Analyze funnel metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CVR) & optimize based on data
  • Coordinate with Performance Creative team for scroll‑stopping visuals
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve landing pages, ads & customer journey
Sales & Closing
  • Handle incoming WhatsApp leads — build trust, identify needs & close sales
  • Follow up hot leads using our proven CRM sequences
  • Assist customers with objections, product selection & confidence
  • Work closely with Customer Service team to handover post‑purchase journey
Bonus
  • Identify new trends (AI tools, new ad formats, sales tech) and apply fast
  • Contribute ideas for evergreen content, masterclasses & email marketing
Qualifications
  • Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
  • Ability to execute campaigns, analyze data, and adapt strategies for optimal results
  • Detail‑oriented, with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant marketing and sales tools is advantageous
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the pet care industry is a plus
