A Malaysian property development company is seeking an experienced professional for a property sales role in Selangor. The successful candidate will follow up on leads, handle customer inquiries, and manage the entire sales process, including after-sales support. The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in property sales and a diploma or degree in a relevant field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the ability to work weekends when required is preferred.
Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns, phone enquiries, and walk-in customers.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product and project information.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Support buyers throughout the entire sales process, including booking, SPA signing, loan application, and property handover.
Manage after-sales matters and coordinate with customer service when required.
Coordinate with the marketing team on advertising, digital marketing initiatives, roadshows, and events.
Plan, create, and implement digital advertising and content strategies, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Conduct area studies and demographic profiling to identify and target suitable customer segments.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in property sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, energetic, and able to work independently.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
