We are expanding our business and have recently built up a new lifestyle product line. To support this growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive. This role plays a key part in driving sales, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our new lifestyle products in the market. The Sales Executive will identify opportunities, provide product solutions, and contribute to the company’s overall revenue and brand presence.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Promote product offerings, marketing campaigns, and new launches.
- Secure new orders and expand product placements in the market.
- Actively develop new customers and business opportunities.
Dealer & Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key accounts.
- Provide product updates, pricing, promotions, and support.
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and after-sales issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product movement.
- Collect and report market intelligence to management.
- Identify new market opportunities or potential product improvements.
Marketing Support & Campaign Execution
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
- Coordinate with creative/marketing team on content, visuals, and promotions.
- Support branding and product positioning activities.
- Work with promoters, merchandisers, and KOL/influencer partners when required.
- Ensure all marketing materials are properly displayed at outlets.
Product & Market Development
- Gather customer and dealer feedback for product improvement.
- Monitor competitor product performance.
- Support new product launch activities and product training.
- Assist in product packaging, pricing suggestions, and market fit evaluation.
Sales Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
- Track stock availability, order status, DO/PO/claims.
- Ensure accurate and proper documentation.
- Support credit control by monitoring customer payment status.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3–5 years sales or marketing experience (FMCG/Lifestyle Product advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and willing to travel.
- Proficient in BM & English.
- Possess own transport & valid driving license.
