New Business Development: Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
Key Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans for major customers, ensuring long‑term partnerships and satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet quarterly and yearly sales revenue targets through effective planning, execution and performance monitoring.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong communications with clients, manage delivery orders and payments while ensuring expectations are consistently met.
Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market, competitor and customer analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Plan Development: Create and execute marketing plans in collaboration with management, aligned with both short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
Project Leadership: Lead and monitor project management activities within the marketing department while coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
Performance Reporting: Prepare quotations, mass production reports, stock status updates and weekly finance reports for stakeholders.
Customer Service Coordination: Work closely with customer service teams on forecasting to ensure reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to planning and meeting business goals at strategic and tactical levels while setting KPIs to measure marketing success.
Educational Background: Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or relevant field to understand technical product specifications and customer requirements.
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive‑related products manufacturing environments to leverage deep sector knowledge.
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing and reading) to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers and stakeholders.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales and marketing performance with strong presentation skills and ability to influence audiences.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in sales forecasting and planning, project management, and inventory planning and management.
Leadership Qualities: Strong supervisory skills with excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities to lead teams effectively.
Professional Attributes: Energetic personality with robust sales skill set and willingness to travel for business development activities.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to both strategic planning and tactical execution for sustainable business growth.
