Job summary

A Malaysian waste management company is seeking motivated sales professionals to expand its B2B customer base. The role includes actively sourcing new clients, promoting waste management and recycling services, and conducting client meetings. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree, 1-3 years of sales experience, especially in B2B industrial sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Due to business expansion, we are seeking highly motivated and target‑driven sales professionals to grow our B2B customer base.

Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Actively source and secure new B2B customers (industrial & commercial clients).
  • Promote company services/products related to waste management, recycling, and metal manufacturing.
  • Conduct cold calls, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Follow up on payments, contracts, and service requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales pipeline and performance reports for management.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years working experience in sales or marketing (experience in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, or metal industry is an advantage).
  • B2B / industrial sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target‑driven, aggressive, and self‑motivated.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
